COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF JOY



Sometimes when we are feeling low or sorry for ourselves and it looks like everyone else has it good except us it’s worth remembering that we all feel like that at times.

Becoming mindful of the way our thoughts can take us towards the self-judgement can wholly change this little

negative storyline of comparison and lack.

If we work on becoming aware of ourselves, as if we study our minds “ oh look at me jumping to conclusions here” we can develop an inner barometer and insightfulness.

We build emotional intelligence.
